To review whether your business may qualify, to prepare and prefill an engagement agreement with Silver Arbitration LLC, to contact you about your submission, to operate and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your submission with Silver Arbitration LLC, which is responsible for reviewing and, if you engage the firm, pursuing your claim. We also use service providers — hosting, analytics, email, and document-signing vendors — who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your submission is not privileged
Information you send before signing an engagement agreement is not protected by attorney–client privilege, and submitting the form does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material with your initial submission.
